Stuck with the bulk of the planned fun and games for today's training except for cutting out the core work at the end in the interest of maintaining sufficiently high energy levels to continue studying for my physiology final exam tomorrow morning. I did notice I was splitting REALLY ugly on my working sets of log today. My best estimation of why would be due to tight hips from doing events yesterday and I probably should have done more warmups than usual to account for this, but by the time I realized it, it was a little too late and I was already a little bit pressed for time. These are not good excuses, but the technique flaws were not enough to cause pain or any significant strength deficits, just enough to make me aware that I was moving like a potato.
