Today was a far better training day than Monday in terms of my energy level. This could be due to better food intake, warmer weather, news that my first ex phys exam will only be on 6 chapters rather than 11 chapters (typo in the syllabus), or something else entirely, but whatever the reason, I can dig it. Overall training is progressing exactly as planned with the exception of insufficient conditioning. Hopefully writing down a more specific approach rather than just "do conditioning" will help in solving this problem.

7x385 - The weight wasn't bad, but my right knee was increasingly moving into valgus in the hole so this was where technical failure stopped me today.
RDL (with backward band tension at hips)

10x325 + monster mini band - I think I need more band tension, so rather than upping the weight next time I will try adding a micro band to the monster mini and if that's not enough than I'll bump up to a light band.
