EXAMS ARE OVER!  The relief of being finished combined with the anticipation of finding out if I did well enough to advance to next semester is a horrible combo.  And according to the second year students, we have double exam days to look forward to in our future.  Though at least for the first semester of second year, it is a lot more applied skills than theoretical material.  Hopefully I will be able to relax for the couple of weeks I have off before starting Visceral Anatomy in Winter Semester in early January.  Since there were no more exams hanging over our heads, today's training was much more relaxed and enjoyable.

DB Curls

2x15ea x 30

12ea x 30 - I did these after I was all finished and the garage was cleaned up because I don't want to eff up the continued improvement in my elbows.  Since I did them solo instead of with triceps, I took less rest and didn't have the work for the antagonist muscles and the result was more fatigue than usual in my left bicep, but otherwise no problems.
