Since I didn't train on Wednesday this week in order to use the time to study for today's pathohysiology exam, it seemed like the best course of action to also shift Friday's assistance day to Thursday, giving me a rest day before event day this week.  So far this has proved to be a very good decision as I hit a pretty sizable PR on my jumps today (though all that really means is that my training is working to increase my rate of force development in my legs, since the seated DB box jump is not a commonly performed movement).  Nonetheless, today was a great training day.
