Snow day!  I woke up today to the most snow we have had so far this winter, about 4-5 inches once it was all over.  School was blessedly cancelled which gave me time to watch more of the pathophysiology lectures my teacher had posted for us online in his absence.  Of course, this also means most likely more changes to my exam schedule, which I am still trying to rectify with upcoming strongman competitions to see when I will be able to compete next.  I had a little bit of funk in my left shoulder and elbow today, but it was only a minor inconvenience.

3x{15xBW/15x55} - I was coming up twisted on the situps in a way that I was unable to correct which pissed me off, but my 3 sets here still felt easier than last time and I'll most likely try adding weight next week.
