Yet again Wednesday training was move to Tuesday so that Wednesday can be used for studying for an exam on Thursday. This time it's pathophysiology, which basically means I am learning about the causes and symptoms of every diagnosis ever made on the TV show House.

RDL (w/ backward band tension @ hips)

2x10x335 + monster mini & micro - I increased the band tension slightly on these today with the addition of the micro band. Also my brain and body finally clicked and remembered how to rep out RDLs like a champ today. I was planning to change up the emphasis on this exercise by shifting the bands from me to the bar, but now I think I'm going to keep these around for the next 6 week block of training. But I can already feel all those damn reps starting to tighten my glutes and hammies.
DB Stepups
3x12ea x 75 - As foretold last time I did these when I made a note to go up to 75 lb DBs, there was quite a lot of swearing on my part before, during, and after these today.
Single Leg Hypers/Single Leg Calf Raise
3x{10ea x 10/25ea x 30} - The single leg hypers went well with the addition of weight today. The first set I was twisting and leaning a little bit, but the 2nd and 3rd sets were more stable.
