First time I haven't seen the ball drop in I don't know when, maybe ever.  The combination of travel, crappy training, crappy eating, and inadequate sleep, combined with the fact that my girlfriend had to work at the hospital led me to an unfortunate incident of falling asleep on the couch by myself sometime well before midnight.  Pathetic.

I decided to modify today's training by omitting the direct trap and shoulder work since I have farmer's walk planned for event day tomorrow and I have noticed recently that the timing of doing that the day before farmer's makes it much harder for me to maintain proper shoulder position.
