Finished up my deload with this quick and easy session.  For some reason I can only attribute to the hours of studying and stress this week, my neck is all kinds of funky.  Nothing tweaked, but oddly tight and achy.  Tomorrow starts 14 weeks of training leading up to USS nationals in June.
