Back in action after almost a week of the flu.  I was ridiculously happy just to be able to warm up and do the light weights I had programmed.  I was also not feeling quite back up to normal strength levels yet, so starting back in on my deload was fortunate.

Forward Band SS Yoke Bar Box Squats

3x8x155 - The bands were setup to pull forward and down, forcing increased recruitment of the true back muscles to maintain a neutral spine.  This is an awesome exercise.
