Today was the last event day before Maryland's Strongest Man, coming up in a week.  I didn't go heavy on anything and everything felt solid and smooth.  Normally at this point I have 2 or 3 very minor injuries/booboos and a bunch of stuff worrying me so I'm not sure how I feel about feeling "good."  As it stands, the events for this year's competition are definitely not a favorable combination for me with the second implement of the press medley being 97.5% of my all time best circus DB, a squat event and a deadlift event in the same comp (I suck donkey d!ck at squatting and my deadlift has been all sodded up recently), a yoke walk, which I have been inconsistent on in training, and atlas stones which I'm honestly not sure how my body will handle since I have barely trained stones in the past few months due to what I believe is medial epicondylitis (seriously, how the F@CK do I have "golfer's elbow?").  Add to that the constant stress of PT school, which was well and succinctly analogized yesterday as being "like having finals every week for the entire semester," and all I can say for certain is Let's Roll!
