Two weeks out from MD Strongest so nothing crazy for event day today. Everything felt smooth and the temptation to go ham rather than follow the plan was ever-present.

1x625 - We used Gregg's Texas Power Bar today and though there is noticeable difference in whip compared to the various power bars we have all been using, it didn't seem to change my strength or speed that I could tell.
