Based on how my squat felt on Saturday and with my inability to really control the weight I knew I needed to work on my core strength and ability to brace myself and stay tight. To address this I decided to do some yoke bar carries today....

 

Super Yoke - trips were 90 feet

empty yoke for 6 trips

added 90 pounds for 4 trips

 

Well, that was it. I had planned on doing some other accessory work but the yoke carries completely whooped my butt and it was time for more fluids and carbs.
