Finally its time to start putting in work again. I do love the off season. It allows me to heal up, work on some size building, train weak areas more, I am allowed to give my joints and tendons a break from lifting the heavy weight, no gear to get in and much shorter training sessions. With that being said, I am ready to get back to all those things again. I know confusing.... Us meatheads are not meant to be understood....

I always start a training cycle on bench day (imagine that). I like to knock some dust off early hitting some heavy weight and shock my body. Mission complete! Today consisted of rev band bench-press off 2boards with some med-heavy weight. I decided to use a Metal Ace I have that's a stock 58 and not tight at all on me. Now I like, no I love a super tight shirt. It makes me feel more secure, more confident and I feel like I am more in control (Lol!), so being in this shirt today had me thrown off quite a bit.

I'm jumping around in shirts again. Which I hate doing but Im trying to find my comfort zone again. My mojo. I'm still searching for it....
