Well after a week off from my meet, I am starting to feel human again. I have enjoyed the rest this week. I took 11 days off from work and 7 days out of the gym. Rest is and recovery is very important. I dont care what the cool folks say and think. When they have been competing and training at a high level for 25 years then I will listen to them....

My off-season training is always brutal. I am focused on many things during these next several weeks. Today was all about blood flow and getting back into the groove. As the weeks progress so will my training and intensity. The off season is super important for technique work, building muscle memory, building size, working on weaknesses, mobility, focus and more. If your off season training is not mapped out and you dont have a plan then your f*#cking yourself over....
