Decided to get some "Body Building" back training with Redneck Tim today. Glad I did. Great training session with my Copenhagen dripping from his lip brother!

I Also Coached my Teammates who will be competing in March. This training cycle starts this week. Today they did their first week of squat training and all of them did awesome. 3 of my girls coming off surgeries are all competing so I am really excited to see them getting back after it....
