This love hate relationship I have with Deadlift is full out hate today. I try to "hook" the bar the best I can with my fat grubby hands. I do like the challenge of hooking and the worst part is I guess, its helping my grip strength. Today was very challenging. The video above was on my last set and as you can tell theta last pull was all I had left in the tank. I like mixing it up with the pulls with my hands weather its, double overhand, hook or switching my under over hand. Diversity is always good in your training....
