After a few days off from the meet it was time to ramp things up again and get some off season training started. Off season training is where we like to get our bread and butta work in. Volume, lots of sets, hard work and so on goes into to the next few weeks before its meet training cycle time again.
We have had huge success with our meet training cycles after coming off some grueling off season training. We work weak areas and hammer technique over and over again. Our off season is tough and brutal and has always been this way. When a meet training cycle starts we are actually looking forward to it!
