Im still dealing with these elbows and forearm pain but I got to do what I got to do.

Everything felt as good as good as it could. Speed was good and my technique was on point.

I have not handled anything over 700 pounds in months. With that being said I am trying to learn how to handle and touch lower weights so I can get a lift in and go from there.

Trust me I am not settling. I am just learning how to be smarter, more effective and still achieve my goals in a different way than before.

Oh yeah, I was diagnosed with Bronchitis this week....it just never stops does it....
