Coming to the tail end of my training here. My deadlift feels better than ever and I hope to hit a PR on this lift at the meet. I do know this, I have put the work in on this lift to make it better over the past several months and I can tell the hardwork is paying off. My hate/hate relationship with the deadlift is slowly converting into a love/hate relationship which is huge for me.
In the next few weeks I hope to write on my training log that a new lifetime PR on my deadlift has been achieved! Stay tuned....
