Worked up to 475 for 4 sets of 3
Incline Bench Press w/ EliteFTS Shoulder Saver
5 sets of 2, increasing weight on each set. Worked up to 365x2 for a smooth PR.
Rope Pushdowns - 100 reps
Fairly routine session here, not a whole lot that's noteworthy. Everything felt smooth as it should be.
