We had some fun tonight squatting. Good vibes, shit talking, big weights and support. I never really test my raw squat power but wanted to play around tonight with some weight raw and see how I would do.

All my raw sets felt great. On my last set of 730 pounds I tipped forward causing the bar to roll down some on my back and it just threw my groove and technique out the window. My own fault. I got too hyped up and allowed myself to become unfocused and make an ugly lift. The weight was light but I screwed everything up. Changing from multiply stance and technique to raw technique throws me off but still no excuses. I got to clean this up!
