Almost to an end of this off season training. I feel as if I have gotten in somewhat better lifting shape, added some muscular size and strengthen up some weak areas. I have also continued rehabbing my tweaked pec with slow but moderate success.

I will be starting a new training cycle in about two more weeks. I have decided that my heart is continuing multiply lifting. So for this upcoming training cycle and at least one more I will work for doing a meet later this year to go after a bigger multiply total and a couple of more personal goals I want to achieve while I still have a shot.

My raw power has increased in this off season training and that will carry over to my multiply lifting as it always has before. You have to be strong raw before you can truly be strong multiply....
