Well this will sound strange coming from me but....I was really excited to pull today. My cycle projection was to 620 pounds (615 is my best ever pull in a meet or in the gym) so pulling this number today for me off of 2" blocks was a huge confidence booster for the ol man who hates deadlifting.
I have really busted my ass this training cycle on getting my pull better an it shows. I need another good training cycle like this for my meet in December to hit a solid PR on the deadlift. I want to thank my Team for all of their support and push during this training cycle for me. I am nothing without yall. Thank you again....
