Lying Leg Curls

First time in briefs in over a month. The SI didn't hurt, but there was a bit of tightness and wasn't real comfortable. I'l take that any day over the stabbing pain the SI was causing. Crossing my fingers it stays away this time around.
I need to work on my pick since I was forward on nearly all of them and quadding them out for some reason. Rusty I guess, but I'll clean it up next squat day.
