I was having a good day and was actually excited to deadlift today. Everything felt great right up to 475 and then it felt like it had been bolted to the floor. It frustrates me to no end because I love the deadlift and think it's badass, but I suck at it so bad. Hopefully one day I'll figure this shit out before I call it quits.
