Max's girlfriend, Megan, put us to shame during planks today as she was doing leg movements and twists like a pro as Max and myself began shaking 15 seconds in. Very impressive Megan....very impressive.
The next meet I am doing has changed.
Sadly, the trip to Relentless is not within our budget this year so I will be doing the RPS South Florida Conquest on October 3rd.
