It may not be pretty, but I'm making some progress. I have to take a second or two after finishing my sets to allow the pressure build up in my lower back to dissipate or I'll likely tumble to the floor when I try to take a step. I'm not sure what it's from since I just saw my chiro yesterday and all was well. Maybe it'll change when I switch back to sumo in a few weeks.
