My lower back was a little tight on the left side from squatting twice last week and from volunteering with my daughters band all day yesterday where I was loading, unloading and toting instruments, podiums and props all day. Don't think I'm complaining though...the fact that I get to spend time with my daughter and support her is priceless to me.
