Today I lightly tested my pec strain/tear or whatever it is and absolutely destroyed my triceps. I did not push my pec hard, I just got some blood pumping into the area. All felt good but Im not fooled. I know its still not happy.

I have 8 of my Teammates that I have currently training for our next meet in March so I will be crazy busy coaching and strategizing and laying out a plan for each of them. I love coaching my Team and watching them continue to grow and get strong(er)....
