Like I stated last week, its time to start testing my raw squats. I need to know where I am currently at so I can see what needs to be done to get to where I am going....

I have not taken a raw squat max with straight weight in a long time. I knew on my training schedule today was coming and I have been very excited to see where I am. Each heavy raw squat training week I have done I have been pushing little by little but not maxing out. I would leave a little in the tank each time but still getting my feet wet in the 90 to 95 percent range. Today I will push towards that 100% range and see where I am....
