This training cycle will be much different with my raw bench than before. My shoulder cant take the punishment for one and I dont actually care about trying to bench 500 raw anytime soon again unless I get surgery....

So moving forward I will use boards and a Sling Shot on all of my sets. This will still allow me to work on my lockout (what is actually important to me) and keep me from punishing my shoulder anymore than I already am. I know, stupid, stubborn meathead. Yes I agree.
