Staying on my path of sorta raw benching. I need my body to stay healthy so I can lift in gear for the duration of my goals to be obtained.
I take short rest periods between each set and really focus on my form too. These "off" weeks are kinda like dynamic days in a way just that I am doing them once every two weeks instead of every week. I have had to tailor my training more in the past few years into what I can do, what I need to do and what I should do.
Today went good and all sets and reps were fast and crisp....
