  • 615 x 0 - changed hand placement and dumped it into the rack
  • 615 x 1 - went back to my normal hand placement

I attempted to move my hands in some to where I used to have my grip and get more tricep behind the bar, but it failed miserably. I wanted to get more speed with the bar, but need to stick to the plan.

Time to rest and recover....It's going to be a long day next Saturday.
