This is one of these days I really felt motivated to deadlift. Maybe it was to eat ice-cream but im here at the gym instead so deadlift it is.

This is our 2nd week of 4" block pulls. The weight has been increased and the intensity as well. Form is key for me right now. Getting everything dialed in on each and every set to make this lift easy os the goali
