Have I ever mentioned to you guys that I hate deadlifting? No, I mean really hate it....

It was hot, muggy, humid and I was tired today. Then to add to my dismay It was dealdlift day. Oh well, I had to get my big boy pants on and suck it up and get through this.

Overall I thought everything went well. My form looked ok, I took my time with each rep to try and lock my position in and really be focused on my technique.

The volume was intense today. Everyone killed it today!
