2 weeks out!
I can really tell that I have fell off the bike so to speak with my feet placement, bar placement, bar pick up and sitting back in my gear. Not lifting in gear in several months has really thrown me. I am re-re learning to squat in gear again....
Today I just squatted in briefs. I was getting extremely aggravated with myself. Nothing felt right. I just could not find my mojo. It will come back, soon I hope....
