This was my first time with any heavy weight on my back in 9 weeks and I could tell. I did not struggle but it felt heavy. I was not trying to get to depth with these set just getting close and trying to find my feel good spot. All in all today went well but for some reason my repaired knee was angry at me. Could have been because its been 9 weeks since I have really done some legit squats or my knee was just having one of those days. I will just rub some dirt on it and move on....
