I have been taking some time away from my pulling the last few weeks. Reason? I hate it....
Today my training cycle starts back. To compete in a full power event I have to pull to complete the event. So here I am pulling....
I am working on my form here today more than weight. I have broke down my form from several videos and had a few folks give me their thoughts on what I need to do. Ideas from those folks:
1. pull slack out of the bar before pulling
2. get head back
3. keep underhand arm straight and not cocked
4. keep shoulders pulled back
5. be a man!
