Man I have been covered up here lately. My job has me working days and nights here lately, college campus visits, cars breaking down, working out at my Dads and regular ol life happening. I would not have it any other way!

I have been training my ass off since the meet. More volume and body building stuff and I have lost 17 pounds of body weight since my meet! Starting to feel normal again.
