This week I am training with pro strong blue EliteFTS bands. As I normally do with my reverse band training cycle I will be taking my projection of 730 lbs to a 1 board. In another 2 weeks I will use EliteFTS average grey bands, then EliteFTS light orange bands, then EliteFTS green monster minis, and the finishing up the training cycle using EliteFTS red minis. My projection of 730 lbs will be taken to a 1 board each of these weeks as I progress down a band size each of these weeks.
Everything went well today. My speed was really good and my groove felt good with each rep. I need this to go positive today and it did. Yay!
