Pushed a little more blood this week into the pec area. I had no pain, no issues and no aggravating of the area. All positives.

I will do some very light benching mid week and test the pec area some with some high volume.

I am really putting in work on my triceps and shoulders right now. I feel like a bodybuilder....not....
