Today had to be changed up due to it being mothers day and not a lot of Team Nebobarbell came in today. I was actually going to shirt up today but decided it was best not to since we were short handed so I rawwww benched today for the second week in a row.

I am still being very careful with what I am doing raw. The weight is never the issue. Its the pressure from the weight at the bottom of the lift when the bar is on my chest that really stresses this torn Labrum. I can do 2board work all day without any issues but I am not getting the full benefit from full range benching that helps me out anymore. So I have to adapt....
