I seriously hate bench pressing. The same thing happened last training cycle and I did okay in the meet, but I'm still torn as whether I should just shut it down now for the meet as originally planned or if I should try and get my opener in again just for peace of mind, I should still have plenty of time to rest and recover for the meet and the elbow should hold up, but I can't decide if it's worth it just yet. I'll have to make a decision in a day or so i suppose.
