Things went as planned today and grip wasn't an issue which made me feel a little better. One more opener to do tomorrow and I'm good to go for the meet.
We had Luke visiting us from Michigan while he's down here on vacation. I got to work a little with him in his deadlift suit and made some suggestions and I think he had a helluva day. It was good to see you again, brother. You're always welcome.
