I have come to the conclusion....I have done more deadlift reps in the past week than I have done in the past year! Lol that's terrible. The positive though is that I am truly putting work in right now. I have never been so damn beat up, hands hurt and had my body so pissed at me in my life. I am hoping to see this hard work pay off in the next few months and my pathetic deadlift becomes a respectable deadlift. Time will tell....

I had 3 sets to pull from the floor after the deficit pulls that I just could not finish. I was destroyed and mad as heck about it. I just brushed it off and went on with what I had left to do. Very frustrating....
