So far the deal that I have made with the deadlift is working. Maybe....

My technique is flawed, I fucking hate deadlits, my back hurts, I'm getting old but I'm doing everything I can to get better. I have recently spoken with somebody that knows a whole lot more than me that will be helping me break down my deadlift and my shitty form. I don't have any pride when it comes to the deadlift, I'm always willing to listen. Especially to someone that is a veteran and knows what the hell they are talking about. So I am excited to learn from one of the best!

My bench-press brother Vincent has had a training log for along time titled - Operation Be Less Fat. When I deadlift the title for my training log will be called- Be Less Suck lol.

This coming weekend Melissa and I along with our best friends Shelley and Jason will be leaving to go to the Bahamas. This will be our pre-marriage honeymoon and a very much needed getaway for all of us. We will be gone for 5 days and 4 nights so I will miss a day of squatting, benching and deadlifting but the positive is that my body will be getting a much needed break and some R & R.
