I got a little bit ahead of myself and forgot to put my squat training first! My mind is in 1000 different places right now. We have our first seminar, my Team is preparing for openers this coming week - we have 17 lifters competing in 3 weeks, my Dad and his treatments, my training, work and so on.

We as a gym the past 3 months have been very very busy. We have run a couple of meets and traveled across the country to compete at the Worlds in Vegas now this seminar is around the corner with a meet a hop, skip and a jump away as well. We will also start full force in our 2nd annual food drive for Christmas. Needless to say we are covered up and blessed.

My raw squat training is making me very happy. So far so good. This week I am pushing some heavy weight again (heavy for me) and next week will be the dreaded deload.
