This has been a super busy week as we are preparing to host our very first seminar at Nebobarbell. The Nebobarbell Powerlifting PR Summit. It looks like we will have folks coming from 5 different state with all of my Team there helping out, loading, spotting and more. I will be coaching bench-press, Donnie Thompson will be coaching squat and Travis Gardner will be coaching deadlift. I am super excited about this and cant wait!
