Im tired of sitting on the sidelines....
I may be broken and needing a couple of surgeries but I am not ready for that yet. My unquenchable desire to train needs to quenched. Luckily no pain today (anymore than I already have) and no major issues. I have not trained squats in 5 months now and its driving me crazy. I was not ready to derail my entire summer with knee surgery. Me as a father, fiancé, coach, district manager and a lifter decided to put it off because of the enormity of things going on for the past 5 months. Things I know now needed all of my attention and not part of it. Some will understand this drive, obsession, stupidity....how ever you want to phrase it but that me. I cant change who I am. When it becomes a must then I will face it. Until then here we go....
