Wrapping up these couple weeks of light, high rep work and taking a break from any barbell movements. I took a week off after the meet, did these 3 weeks of just machine and dumbbell movements, and next week I'm going to slowly be working into light high-rep barbell squat/bench/deadlift..

B. Seated Cable Row (Neutral Grip) - 3x10
C. Lat Pulldown (Wide Grip) - 3x10
D. Machine Chest Press - 3x20
E. Flat Dumbbell Bench Press - 5x12 w/ 100lb dumbbells
F1. Dumbbell Shrug - 3x15
F2. Dumbbell Lateral Shoulder Raise - 3x15
G1. Cable Tricep Rope Pushdown - 4x15
G2. Incline Dumbbell Rolling Tricep Ext - 4x10
G3. Neutral Grip Chinups - 4x8
H. Dumbbell Curls - 3x15
